75 neighbourhoods in region with higher & rising coronavirus rates

Coronavirus rates are starting to rise again in the region with 75 hotspot areas in Birmingham, the Black Country, south Staffordshire and Worcestershire now having rates above 100 positive Covid cases per 100,000 people.
