Hospitals boss 'not a fan' of Government Christmas Covid rules

Deborah Lee, the chief executive of the NHS trust which runs Gloucestershire Royal and Cheltenham General hospitals, said that cases rising after coronavirus rules are relaxed over Christmas risks "effectively a third spike".
