Nearly Fifty Arrests Made In August Town Centre Crime Blitz, Huddersfield

Nearly 50 arrests have been made in just four weeks in a Safer Streets blitz on street crime and shop theft in Huddersfield town centre.

Officers from the Huddersfield Town Proactive Team have thanked residents and business for continuing to provide intelligence about offending after conducting a late summer surge to locate and arrest high profile offenders and carry out a number of operations.
