Appeal: Woman Dies Following Vicar Lane Collision, Leeds

Police are re-appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in Leeds after a woman who was seriously injured in the incident sadly passed away in hospital.

The woman, who was 79, died on Wednesday (18 June) after suffering injuries in a collision with a double-decker bus in Vicar Lane at 1.52pm on Monday, 16 June.

The collision occurred at the pedestrian crossing between the Victoria Quarter entrance and Sidney Street. The bus was heading towards Eastgate at the time.
