Appeal: Male Dies Following Fall From Height, Halifax

*Sunday 8 June 2025*

Police were called to Halifax town centre at 11.35am today to a report a man had fallen from the Burdock Way flyover. #

Emergency services attended and located a man in his 40’s who had fallen from the flyover onto the road below at Old Lane.

He was provided with medical attention but was sadly confirmed to have died at the scene.

Police remain on scene and road closures have been in place in the area affected including at the Orange Street roundabout.
