UPDATE 24/12/20 - Murder investigation, Wembury

A 31-year-old woman of no fixed abode, Plymouth, has been charged with murder in connection with an investigation into the death of 60-year-old Stephen Fogg in Wembury.

Jodie Swannick appeared at Exeter Crown Court on Wednesday 23 December where she has been remanded.

A 41-year-old male suspect from the Plymouth area was also arrested on suspicion of murder on the evening of Monday 21 December. He has since been taken to hospital where he remains under police guard.

The investigation team would like to thank local community for their assistance and patience whilst enquiries have been carried out.
