Update: serious collision - A38 Plymouth

A man has died following a collision which happened on Sunday 15 December 2019 on the A38 at the Manadon off-slip, Plymouth.

James Paskins, who was 26, passed away with his family beside him on Wednesday 8 January as a result of injuries sustained in the incident.

The collision involved two vehicles; a white Renault Traffic van and a blue Peugeot 109.

Mr Paskins’ had been sat in the Peugeot, which was stationary at the time of the incident. Another occupant of the Peugeot was also injured in the incident but injuries were not believed to be serious.

Any witnesses of the collision, or who had seen the vehicles on the off-slip prior to the incident, are asked to contact police by calling 101, or emailing 101@dc.police.uk, quoting log number 922 of 15th December, 2019.
