Brent Crude prices are set to average just over $107 per barrel in the second quarter, the latest Reuters poll of analysts showed on Tuesday, but some experts expect the partial EU ban on Russian imports to send oil prices to above $130 a barrel in the short term.   “We believe once the fine print of the EU ban becomes clearer in coming days, as to the timing and full extent of the ban, we could see oil prices move beyond $130 per barrel,” DBS Bank lead energy analyst Suvro Sarkar told Reuters in the monthly survey of 33 analysts…
