Russia dismissed on Tuesday the partial EU embargo on its oil, saying it is confident it would find other buyers for its crude after the European Union reached a compromise deal to ban most Russian imports into the bloc. Late on Monday, the EU reached an agreement in principle to ban seaborne oil imports by the end of the year with an exemption for pipeline crude.
