Airtel users in Delhi-NCR experienced significant disruptions on Monday, primarily with outgoing calls, while incoming calls and data services remained functional. The issue, lasting approximately two hours, also impacted some Jio and Vodafone Idea customers attempting to call Airtel subscribers.
