Labourer electrocuted at Thane site; negligence case filed, say cops

Based on a complaint filed by his brother, police have registered a case under Section 106(1) (causing death by negligence) against two contractors, Manoj Dilip Patil and Murali Yadav. The complaint alleges that no safety measures were in place for workers at the site
