'State terrorism': Zelenskyy releases video showing Russian missile hit shopping centre

Russia targeted a shopping centre in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk on purpose, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has claimed, as he released a video showing a missile hitting the building.
