Lord Mayor: community buy-in important for new safe injecting room

Melbourne Lord Mayor Sally Capp is not opposed to Victoria's second safe injecting room, but wants the reasoning behind its location - opposite the Queen Victoria Market - to be released, saying community buy-in is important.
