Obama administration 'was not well-postured' for 2016 Russia election interference: Senate committee report

The Obama administration "was not well postured" to counter Russia's 2016 presidential election interference and was constrained in responding by a "heavily politicized environment" and other factors that inadvertently aided Moscow, said a Senate report released Thursday.
