Darkoo Drops Exceptional '2 In 1' EP

It's a delicious summer soundtrack...

*Darkoo* has shared her debut EP '2 In 1' in full.

The release is out now, and it follows the scorching success of her viral cut *'Gangsta'*.

One of 2020's defining afrobeats tracks, she now follows this with a broader, more in-depth project.

Featuring some carefully picked guests, there's a defiantly UK-centric slant to '2 In 1', one that matches the instinctive groove of afrobeats with some London grit.

'Slow Down' features man-of-the-moment *Tion Wayne*, while closer 'Come Up' is an all-out driller featuring Homerton's own Unknown T.

She comments...

“This EP explores my feelings and presents a more emotional side of me with tracks like ‘Oti Bere’, ‘Pick Up’ and ‘Slow Down’ featuring Tion Wayne. '2 In 1' is a collection of tracks that you can chill to and vibe with, it showcases my two cultures which evolved from my journey to London from Lagos. It also gives you a sneak peek to another side of me with the track ‘Come Up’ which has a drill edge to it and features Unknown T, it represents my London side. '2 In 1' is a body of work that truly represents who I am.”
