It will go ahead next summer...

*Deer Shed Festival* is set to roll over into 2022, organisers have confirmed.

The independent, community minded event is located in Baldersby Park, North Yorkshire, welcoming thousands of fans each summer.

Organisers worked desperately to piece together a weekend of performances for 2021, but it seems that the planning landscape is not yet secure enough for them to continue.

In a statement, Deer Shed Festival confirmed that they would postpone until 2022, citing "a lack of COVID cancellation insurance..."

The team added: "The good news is, we have a back-up plan for summer 2021..."
