42's is under threat from closure...

Oasis designer *Brian Cannon* teams with *Beerhunter* to aid popular Manchester club 42's.

The nightspot is under threat after a chaotic year, in which pandemic legislation sliced away its income.

A fan-started fundraiser is online, with Bury brewers Beerhunter stepping in to help the club/venue.

Constructing a limited edition Manchester craft beer set, designer Brian Cannon has worked on the box and glass aspect.

His pedigree speaks for itself - Brian Cannon worked on the sleeve for *Oasis' iconic debut album 'Definitely Maybe'*, alongside releases from The Verve, and many more.

For every set sold, the company will donate £4.20 directly to 42’s. Ryan Smith, Managing Director at Beerhunter, said:

"42’s is close to our hearts, so we approached Brian Cannon. We asked him to build a collection with a bespoke design that appeals to music lovers while encapsulating Beerhunter from an artist's perspective."

"Cannon is an icon in the music industry; he’s crafted memorable album covers for several Greater Manchester bands, like Oasis and The Verve. As a Bury-based business, we wanted to use his experience to help us back a great cause."

Brian Cannon adds: "I took the inspiration for the box designs from an iconic still from the movie 'The Deer Hunter', featuring Robert De Niro. I replaced the hunting rifle with a can of beer and a glass, as I thought there were obvious demographic crossovers."
