Lawyer for Nadhim Zahawi seeking to appeal misconduct Tribunal ruling

The Osborne Clarke lawyer who was found guilty of misconduct for his attempt to silence Dan Neidle on a story over Nadhim Zahawi’s tax affairs is now seeking an appeal.
