Direct Line rejects raised takeover offer from Ageas, calling it ‘highly opportunistic’

Direct Line has revealed that it rejected a raised takeover offer from Belgian insurer Ageas earlier this month, calling it "uncertain, unattractive" and "highly opportunistic".
