Lance Camper Has Just Been Sold to a "Ghost" Company, Are We Losing an American Great?

Lance Camper has been a staple of the United States camper scene for decades, so you can understand my concern when I heard that this crew had just been sold to a company that, well, can be considered a sort of ghost.
