South Africa: Eastern Cape Flood Death Toll Climbs to 94

[Scrolla] Two more flood victims were found in Mthatha, bringing the Eastern Cape death toll to 94 people. Over 4,000 people were left homeless as the government works to provide temporary shelter for survivors.
