Namibia: Lawyer Claims Hengari Charges Are Flawed

[Namibian] The charges faced by former minister of agriculture, fisheries, water and land reform Mac Hengari after his arrest seven weeks ago must be rejected as invalid, because they are premised on a rape charge against Hengari that does not exist, a lawyer argued in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court yesterday.
