Primark is an Irish fast fashion retailer with headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, which is a subsidiary of food processing and retail company Associated British Foods. The company is named Penneys in Republic of Ireland, where it started; this name is not used internationally, as it is owned elsewhere by American retailer J. C. Penney. The company has operations in Europe and the United States.
