Added Settlement Cleanup Mod - Episode 4b: With the absolute disaster in EP4 taking Covenant and having to wipeout the enter population in order to gain control, including the doctor, we're now faced with bigger issues.
EP4b is going to be focused on building up Sanctuary, and starlight, since that's the only place a travelling doctor will appear, I hope.
