Following the sentencing of Chinese PhD student Zhenhao Zou Detective Inspector Richard Mackenzie tells reporters outside court: "The sheer scale of his offending, which spanned two countries, makes him one of the most prolific predators we have ever seen." Zou was jailed for life with a minimum of 24 years, after being found guilty of drugging and raping 10 women in London and China.
