Foreign Secretary David Lammy has claimed the government wants to reset its relationship with Europe, as he hailed the UK's 'historic' connection with Spain.
Mr Lammy welcomed Spanish Foreign Affairs Minister Jose Manuel Albares to 1 Carlton Gardens.
