Yulia Bachurinskaya fell in love with cheese on childhood trips to Italy in the 1990s.

Now, she and her husband are using the craft as a means to rebuild their lives after fleeing from Belarus to Poland following a mass crackdown on pro-democracy protests.

The couple are among hundreds of thousands to have left the country in the last few years.
