Veteran actor Waheeda Rehman will be conferred with the country’s top honour in the field of cinema, the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, Information and Broadcasting minister Anurag Thakur announced on Monday.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), he praised the legendary actor’s contributions to the movies, and noted her previous achievements.
