Connor Gibson, who sexually assaulted and murdered his sister in a “depraved” attack has been jailed for a minimum term of 22 years.
Judge Lord Mullholland called Mr Gibson’s actions “truly evil”.
The 21-year-old was found guilty of attacking Amber Gibson in a woodland in South Lanarkshire, on November 26 2021.
