The meeting of the C5 Central Asian nations of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan met in Xi'an China for what will be known as an historic turning point in world affairs as China has expanded the Great Eurasian Partnership to new heights.
