In an effort to clean the Adriatic Sea, divers have been collecting trash in the shallows around Croatia's Mljet Island.
Reuters reports the island, which lies north-west of the popular tourist destination of Dubrovnik, acts like "a natural dam" for trash being carried by the current from south to north.
