Speaking on NHS industrial action, Jamie Hale says he "fully supports the strikes" despite having an operation cancelled.
General Secretary of the Royal College of Nurses, Pat Cullen says strikes are "in the hands of the government" and to "get round a table" very quickly to "get these strikes stopped".
