On 3.26.2023 Chandler City Police Department sent about 9 men throughout a 3& 1/2 hour standoff to aid and abet CP$ criminal organization/corporation, and did racketeer against my daughters and my Rights and did kidnap my daughters by gunpoint and did threaten to throw me in a cage and arrest me if I attempted to intervein in any way shape or form while they committed Domestic Terrorism and all men and woman acting under color of law are now in violation not only of their Oaths, but c/f 18 USC 241 & 242
