Carla Masterson, 64, was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was exhibiting erratic oxygen levels and delirium.
She was taken by ambulance to Ascension St.
Vincent in Evansville, Indiana on August 20, 2021 which was a Friday.
On Monday she spoke to her husband, Ray, and told him, “do not ever take me to the hospital on Friday” because she had not received any kind of medication over the weekend.
