The city of rochester is announcing changes to city council meetings and services at city buildings.

Officials call the changes a step in reopening in?

The rochester city council will meet at 6?

Meetings will remain virtual for the time being.

Study sessions meanwhile will go back to their regular weekly schedule starting april 12th at 3:30?
