Fort wayne police announce two hour trick or treating for this year's halloween.

Jentill?hunter, this halloween will look a little different- maybe this time everyone will be in a mask with their costume.
They'll definitely be out a little earlier.
Fort wayne police say this year's halloween hours will be 5:30 to 7:30.
A little earlier than before when it was 6 to 8.

We're hoping that it proceeds as normal for the kids.

Even though there may be less people out this year, harris says she expects people out after 7:30.18:53:44-18:53:57 "i'm not worried about my children being out pass that time, but since it's a friday- saturday night, i think that there will be stragglers and a lot of people that aren't going to abide by the curfew, but that happens every year."
There aren't any penalities for staying out past the 3 curfew, but police are asking that you follow it.huntington also released their halloween hours which is 6 to 8.
