The college president, barbara morris says they took these actions after oneonta police reported large student gatherings downtown.
She says in addition to those suspensions, they're also suspending an organization with campus ties, and are considering suspending two more.
Oneonta mayor gary herzig says he's happy with morris's quick response, and they all need to work together to prevent the spread of covid.
The presidnet and the mayor say most of the students have been responsible.
As
