This morning - there is still not a plan in place to remove the confederate monument in front of the madison county courthouse.

This morning at 10, the group "move the monument: will once again go before the commission to ask for action.

As you know , about a month ago, the state committee on monument protection said local leaders would to work with the attorney general's office if they want to move the statue to another location.

We have not heard back from the county commission chair nor the attorney general what do you expect to happen at today's commission meeting?

The group tennessee valley progressive alliance says it has the 25- thousand dollars to pay the fine to remove the monument.

How do you plan to push that effort forward?

Do you think no action means let timw go by and eventually everyone will forget about it?
