Harnen says they answer is yes.

He says the sheriff's department wants to make this message clear.

Sophia looklive: "harnen told me as for enforcing the statewide mandatory mask order - the department is still reviewing the order to see how to enforce it if necessary and says they are encouraging people to follow the governor's orders.
