The Coast Guard says concrete has already fallen off of the bridge, but the mayor of Stuart says engineers haven't found evidence..
The U.S. Coast Guard is warning boaters to avoid the area of the Roosevelt Bridge in Stuart due to "risk of an imminent collapse."
