Fans offer up options if Autzen Stadium runs at limited capacity this fall.

Endorsements the pac-12 says they want to play football this fall.

But will fans be allowed in the stadiums?

Kezi 9 news reporter julian mininsohn explains how an empty or limited capacity autzen stadium could affect those all-important season ticket holders.

(julian) earlier this week iowa state became the first university to announce its plans for attending college football games this fall with plans to have their stadium at 50 percent capacity and they don't expect to sell single game tickets.

The only fans allowed in would be season ticket holders.

This is getting ducks fans to wonder what's going to happen with ticket sales if fans are allowed at autzen in the fall.

(michael) "football, you know, you have tailgating.it's just a different environement."

Michael barclay has been sitting on the 20 yard line at ducks games for more than 20 years.

He renewed his 21-hundred dollar tickets in february...and they're usually mailed out in early august.

Whether he gets to use them this season remains to be seen.

(michael barclay) "i haven't got any news from them as far as their plans."

He's not the only one in the dark.

Today i reached out to the u-o athletic department and they told they have no updates at this point.

One thing we do know -- season ticket holders are the backbone of u-o's fan base.

In 2019... half of all seats in autzen stadium were sold to season ticket holders.

If given the option between a refund or pushing the season tickets for next year -- barclay said would choose the latter.

(michael) "it might be one of those things where you go, well i've already paid.

That's where it's kind of a personal thing i think.

(julian) coming up at 5 - what fans think would be a fair solution to obtaining tickets in a limited capacity stadium.
