Summer Meal program

Hamilton County Schools begin summer food program

June 15th.

Even though classes have ended, hamilton county schools are making sure their students have full bellies.

Shepherd elementary at 11 o'clock this morning to take part in the summer meal program, which started today.

Meals will be available for pick up every tuesday and friday.

On tuesdays, participants can get three meals for each person in the family.

On fridays they get four.

This is amazing.

It's a huge help.

And i love that there are fruits and vegetables; and some good things so that it's not just real fast uhm things that are not healthy.

So it really helped us out.
