During the first phase of re-opening, the library is offering curbside contactless pickup services.

Library director nick schenkel (shank-el), says noticed the curbside pickup worked for restaurants.

We noticed it worked for resturants and for other retail establishments and we thought we ought to be able to adapt that to public library as well so we thought we would give it a try.

Schenkel says they'll be doing a lot more wiping down of commonly used surfaces.

Books will also go into quarantine for a set amount of time before they go back on the shelves.
