Primp Boutique Open in Rochester

There are so some changes in place, like only allowing five people in the store at one time.

Many businesses in minnesota are back in action and had their first full day on monday.

Kimt news 3's madelyne watkins joins us live this morning to tell us about the emotions workers at one rochester boutique are going through.

I'm at primp in rochester and these are the type of signs you'll be seeing more while you're out and about... open!

The boutique has been closed since march 27th when the stay at home order went into place.

But store manager, robyn kennedy, tells me it's all smiles now as the doors are open and customers are shopping again.

There are some new accommodatio ns in place though when shopping at primp.

Only 5 customers are allowed inside, everyone is reminded to keep their distance and the employees will be wearing masks.

Kennedy says overall... she's ready to get back to normal.

"i think everyone is just, i think they're ready to shop.

They're ready to be out and about in the public and everything.

So i think it's going to be great."

If you decide to come down here to primp and shop... it's not required to wear a mask.

But of course, the cdc still recommends it.
