The fitness hub is back open for business yet again in Ocean Springs, this time with new safety measures in place.

- the mississippi gulf coast ymca- welcomed members back - today after being closed for- nearly two months.- today a slow stream of people - came to pump some - socially distant iron, but- before they did that, they had- to- follow some new guidelines to - enter the gym.- all members had to have their - tempurature taken before- entering the building and all - machines are spread out 6 - feet apart.
- each gym member is asked to onl- stay for one hour and if- they plan on using the pool,- they must sign up to be assigne- a lane first.
- the ymca is also taking cleanin- very seriously with employees - constantly cleaning the gym - throughout the day, and they- bring in a professional crew to- fog the equipment for a - deep clean each night.- - " everyone is super happy to be back, it- has not been a heavy load so it- is a good voulume of people to- work with.
People are - so appeciative and they - understand that it looks a- little different and the flow - and - capacity is different but they- are just so happy to get back - into the ymca so- everything is going great."
- - - if you plan to go to the ymca i- ocean springs, make sure you- bring your own water because th- water fountains are - temperally closed.- you will also need to bring you- own towel, if you use one.- the ymca will be open from 6am-
