Brooke schwieters was downtown this morning with that update.

We are talking about three brand-new schools, two new centers, new stadium and several renovation projects in the works at ccsd right now with total working budget of just over $350 million.

Now, while students and teachers, they are not physically in the classroom right now.

Ccsd says if and when the folks return to the classroom and this fall, major facilities will be ready.

So let's get an update on starting with lucy beckham high school.

97% completion at may 4th, according to project leaders with flooring installed and paint underway it is expected to wrap up this month.

So too is camp road middle which was 80% complete as of the fourth.

Latest update focusing on electrical and stormwater and finally ce williams three separate buildings are all at 90% completion as of that same date district leaders say on the been dips in supply due to the pandemic but the balance is maintained in the workforce.

>> that's what the collaboration between the capital programs team from the district and then construction companies that are working on these have been able to workaround.

So there hasn't been a dip in workforce.

That's critical.

Still need boots on the ground, doing task necessary to make sure construction projec stay on the good timeline.

So whether there was a dip in supplies that were needed on the site, they could workaround that.

>> also in the works the district force stadium off of 526 will seat 6,000 people and house four north charleston high schools for football, soccer and lacrosse.

That's also on schedule to be complete by august of 2020.

Other project include the north region and west ashley centers for advanced studies.
