C1 3 beshear is responding after another church filed a lawsuit against him.
Tabernacle baptist church in nicholasville... filed the lawsuit today for a temporary restraining order to allow in-person church services.
The lawsuit claims, the governor's order against in- person mass gatherings is illegal.
It also claims that the governor's order singles out churches... and violates the first amendment.

Tabernacle does not belive that online and drive-in services meet the lord's requirement.

State attorney general daniel cameron released a statement..
Saying he's asked to join in on the lawsuit.

The governor announced that houses of worship will be able to reopen to in person services on may twentieth.

I beleive that god gives us wisdom, to do the right thing, and the most important commandment as jesus put out, was to love your god with all your heart, but also to love your neighbor as your self.

A federal judge sided with the governor on his ban, for in- person mass gatherings.
But the judge did not side with beshear, on his 'travel' ban.
The judge ruled the restrictions were unconstitutional.
The ruling was on a lawsuit, from a group who attended an easter service at maryville baptist church near louisville..
Today, beshear issued a new executive order, revising his travel ban... to match the travel ban in ohio, which the courts say is legal.
It basically says people can 'not' travel into kentucky, if they've alreadly tested positive for the coronavirus, unless for medical treatment.
