The pros and cons of working from home

The Better Business Bureau recommends getting dressed for work and sitting at a table or desk to help you feel as normal as possible.

Have recovered.

New on daybreak new on daybreak... over 50 percent of people who are working from home say they're concerned about gaining weight.

That's according to a study done by advanced dermatology.

Kimt news 3's madelyne watkins joins us live this morning to tell us what employees in our area think about working from home.

Madelyne./// brooke and tyler.

So i'm in my kitchen right now, and let me tell you, i could get use to this.

But some workers are feeling like it could start impacting their physical appearance.

I posted this on kimt's facebook asking if people working from home are starting to struggle a little bit with staying active.

The responses?

As you can see were in favor of both sides.

Some are really enjoying working from home so they don't have to dress up, put make up on or do their hair.

But others say that was getting a little old, so they wanted to get ready as if they were heading into work.

I spoke with a woman who's currently working from home.

Jamie johnson says she's having no problem being more relaxed with her appearance, but she could see that changing in the "when you look good, you feel good and you become more motivated and things like that.

I think as time goes on and maybe as we can go out a little bit more, things will kind of switch back there."

If you're like johnson and think when you look good then you feel good... starting on may 1st?

As of now?

You'll be able to get back in the salons and gyms. but that could change today, during governor tim walz's news conference at 2 o'clock.

We'll bring that to you live right here on kimt news 3.

Live in rochester?

From my home?

Madelyne watkins kimt thank you madelyne.
