This gives owners the opportunity to teach new behaviors while at home.

Speaker, the zoom app, and a new on daybreak and speaking of those online tools... many businesses are using them to still provide services to their customers.

Kimt news three's madelyne watkins joins us live this morning from oronoco, about the unique way a dog training facility is still teaching owners and their pets.

Good morning madelyne.

Brooke and tyler.

I'm at paws abilities in oronoco and normally, this facility is full of dogs learning new tricks.

But with the stay at home order, trainers can't hold sessions right now.

So that's where your phone and the internet comes into play.

Trainers here at paws abilities are no strangers to holding virtual training sessions as they've been doing it for a couple years already.

But now, all of their classes are done online like you see here.

While some owners might be bored at home, this is a great way to keep the minds of your furry friends active and continue with their learning.

Owner of paws abilities, sara reusche, tells me the owners have really been enjoying these virtual classes.

She says spending more time with them at home is helping owners learn more about their four legged pals and exactly what training they should "people are home during the day, so they're noticing problem behaviors that they maybe didn't know about before like their dog barking at everybody going pass the house.

So this is giving people an option to work through those issues now instead of feeling like they have to wait until after this quarantine is lifted or the stay at home order is lifted."

If you would like to join some online training classes here at paws abilities, we'll have a link on our website kimt dot com.
