Texas Democrats refuse to go back to the state as they face threats of arrest and expulsion

Texas Democrats say they're not worried about the bribery allegations, daily fines and arrest warrants being levelled against them as they hunker down in nearby states to delay a vote on a Trump-backed redistricting plan that would bolster Republican power.
